Affirm also sends payment reminders by email and text.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Help With Your Loan<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">For questions about your balance, payment dates, AutoPay, or missed payments, contact Affirm directly through the Affirm app or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.affirm.com\">https:\/\/www.affirm.com<\/a>. Chad Staton cannot access or change your loan account.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>8. Payment Security<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Your Information Is Protected<\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>Your financial information is entered directly on Affirm\u2019s secure platform, not on our Site.<\/li><li>Chad Staton never sees or stores your Social Security number, bank details, or card numbers.<\/li><li>Our Site uses SSL\/TLS encryption to protect data sent between your browser and our servers.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\">Fraud Prevention<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">To protect you, we and Affirm may verify your identity and address before an order ships. We may cancel any order that appears fraudulent.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Beware of Scams<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Chad Staton will never ask you for your Social Security number, bank login, or Affirm password by email, phone, or text. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds on Affirm Orders<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Cancelling Before Shipment<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">If you cancel your order before it ships, we will cancel the transaction with Affirm and your loan will be cancelled. Any down payment you made will be returned by Affirm.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Returns and Refunds<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">For approved returns, we issue your refund to Affirm, not to you directly.
